SONAM ARON
A Sales & Marketing professional with 16 years of experience in brand marketing and category management roles across CPG, Tech & Telco across companies like Meta, Vodafone, Diageo and Procter & Gamble. Sonam's last stint was 7 years at Meta as the Industry Head for the FMCG business vertical, helping advertisers like Hindustan Unilever, Procter & Gamble, Mondelez etc. to transform their business strategies using Facebook, Instagram & WhatsApp.
She built FMCG and prior to that the Entertainment vertical at Meta, to be the fastest growing verticals between 2019 and 2022. Sonam previously led brand marketing teams on Johnnie Walker and Smirnoff at Diageo, worked on category development comms for Whisper, Ariel and Oral-B at Procter&Gamble and drove VAS marketing at Vodafone.
She was also awarded amongst the Social Samosa 40 under 40 digital leaders for 2023 and was a member of the Mobile Marketing Association (MMA)'s Brand Suitability council from 2022-2023.
Sonam is currently completing a Management Development Program in Entrepreneurship from IIM Kozhikode and is also an MBA in Brand Management from Mudra Institute of Communications (Ahmedabad) and an Electronics and Telecommunications Engineer from Thapar University.
